Injection moulding is a process suitable for either large volume production OR where intricate detail or tight tolerances are required.

Plastic injection moulding machines are rated according to the force used to hold the tools together along with the maximum amount of material which can be injected to create each part.

We currently have 7 computer controlled machines ranging from 62 to 400 tonne clamp force. These give an injected material weight of 10 to 2800 grams.

Our most popular injected materials are abs, acrylic, polycarbonate and styrene.

We remain flexible with regards to material selection and offer advice based on years of experience in moulding.
