Working closely with the managing director & project manager you will assist in the day to day administration of the company which includes the following:

Telephone and reception.  You will be the initial contact with the company for both existing and new clients and suppliers, as such it is essential that you project a suitable image both in person and over the telephone.  

Data Input.  You will be responsible for accurate data input onto our computer system including accounts (sales and purchases) and wages.

Temporary staff.  The company employs temporary staff on a regular basis. Your responsibilities will include liaising with the temporary agencies to ensure a regular and reliable supply of staff when required.

There will be some filing, photocopying, faxing and email duties.

Post duties include opening all incoming mail and distribution internally together with the preparation and prompt despatch of the out going mail.

Other Duties: There will be from time to time occasions when you will be required to perform other duties within the company to enable customer production schedules to be met. This may require you to work in other departments.  

Housekeeping:  All our staff have a responsibility to keep their area clean and tidy

Health and Safety:  All our staff have a responsibility to uphold the company health and safety policy and to implement existing and new health and safety rules.

Training will be provided where appropriate.
